Some of these dishes I actually liked as a kid, but in terms of if they're healthy or not is another thing to think about.
These 10 dishes are what you might classify as ‘fast food', which means they're mostly high in calories, lots of salt content, and packed with fat. While I might consider eating these as a (unhealthy) treat nowadays, telling that to your child and that they CAN”T eat these at all, might be a little on the extreme side. A healthy balance is probably in order when thinking about preparing some of these meals.
Aside from that I do love some of these great alternatives, especially #6 and #9
